Bluffton Schools Christmas Break

Bluffton Schools last day for the 2022 school year will be Wednesday, December 21st.  Christmas Break will take place from Thursday, December 22nd through Monday, January 2, 2023.  Classes will resume for the 2023 school year on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Bluffton Middle School Band & Strings Christmas Concert

The Bluffton Middle School Band and Strings programs will be having a Christmas concert on Monday, December 19th starting at 6pm.  The High School Band and Strings will follow afterwards at approximately 7:15pm.  Please plan on joining us for this annual Christmas event!

Bluffton Middle School Christmas Choir Concert

The Bluffton Middle School Christmas Choir Concert will be held on Monday, December 12th @ 6pm in the Middle School Cafetorium.  The High School Christmas Choir Concert will follow at approximately 7pm.  Please plan to join us for this fun and festive event!

BMS Book Club

The BMS Book Club will be meeting on Wednesday, December 14th.  It will take place in Mrs. Armstrong's room after school until 4:15pm.  Come enjoy trivia, snacks and door prizes!  The December book is Linked by Gordon Korman.  Remember: If you have a book, please read it quickly and pass it on.  See Mrs. A if you have any questions.  Happy reading!

CREW Council Food Drive

The CREW Council is once again sponsoring a food drive to benefit the Bluffton Food Pantry.  Please donate non-perishable food items to help people in our community.  Drop your donations off in your family leader's room.  The family from each house that collects the most will earn a dessert party!  Be generous and help others during this season of giving!

Toys For Tots

Our annual Toys for Tots campaign has begun!  Please bring a new, unwrapped toy and place it in the box by the middle school office.  Deadline to donate is December 12th.  Please give generously to those in need.

Incoming 7th Grade Immunizations (UPDATED 5/18/2020)

The Allen County Public Health will be seeing children and teens in need of immunizations by appointment only.  They are prioritizing those that are needing their immunizations for school attendance first.  Parents will need to call to schedule an appointment as they are not offering online scheduling at this time.  Their number is (419) 228-4457.  A letter was mailed out detailing the requirement for all incoming 7th graders for the 2022-2023 school year to receive the Tdap and MCV4 vaccines prior to the start of 7th grade.  Students without proof of vaccination will be subject to exclusion from school.

Sport Physicals

Students participating in a school sport must have a current sports physical on file before attending any open gym, camp or practice. Physicals are good for one year. You must schedule your own appointment and complete an Athletic Physical form online through Final Forms prior to getting your physical. Information is in the high school office on how to do this or you can go to the schools website and click on Sports Physical at the bottom of the page for directions. Make sure to pick up a physical form in the office or print one out from the website before your appointment.


For your convenience, credit card and debit card payments can be made to your child’s class fees and lunch account (online only) through our new “EZPay” system.  Information will be mailed with the student’s class fees on how to register for this service.  Our office will continue to accept check and cash payments.

Student Athletic Passes

Student Athletic passes are on sale in the middle school office.  Each punch pass card is $25 and gets a student into 10 home games of any sporting event at either the Jr. High, JV, or Varsity level.
